Art & Humanities at David Game College
Art
At David Game College Art is taught in a modern, purpose-built well-equipped studio. The emphasis is placed on the essential skills of painting and drawing and the Department is very much a centre of creativity and self-expression.
Students studying Art & Design at the College have a choice of two routes into Higher Education. The normal route is by taking a one-year Foundation Course. The other route is by applying through UCAS to a university for a History of Art, Design and Visual Arts course. At David Game College students receive advice and guidance from the Director of Studies about the various application procedures for Art and Design.

Whichever route a student decides on they will need a portfolio. At David Game College students are carefully guided by their tutors, who ensure that portfolios are assembled by the set deadlines.
